Meet The Team
Nicolai Duongtran
CEO & Founder
A U.S. native that relocated to Malaysia in 2020, Nicolai has spent over a decade in advanced semiconductor manufacturing with leading organizations.
He rose to group product management, ultimately overseeing a global automotive lighting portfolio and serving as country manager for the domestic marketing team. There, he mastered the go-to-market and operational fundamentals every growing company eventually needs — strategic roadmap development, operational excellence, P&L discipline, and more — experience that now underpins how founders who hire a business growth strategist in Southeast Asia build the next generation of enterprises in any industry.
He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of California (Santa Barbara), and pursuing a M.S. in Sustainability from the Centre of Global Sustainable Studies at University Sains Malaysia.
