Meet The Team
Nicolai Duongtran
CEO & Founder
A U.S. native that relocated to Malaysia in 2020, Nicolai has spent over a decade in advanced semiconductor manufacturing with leading organizations, building an experience across strategic roadmaps, product and market positioning, operational excellence, cross-functional leadership, and P&L accountability.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at UB Group, an industrial automation solutions provider. Previously, Nicolai advanced to group product-management leadership at Lumileds, overseeing a global automotive-lighting portfolio while also serving as country manager for the local marketing organization.
Nicolai holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of California (Santa Barbara), and pursuing a M.S. in Sustainability from the Centre of Global Sustainable Studies at University Sains Malaysia.
